When we speak about "Solutions" we make an important distinction to "Products". As a client, you expect a product to be something you buy off-the-shelf, have it installed by your IT department or with our help and then just run it.

We have to admit, it is a tempting idea simply to advertise to you as: “Buy, install and click to run!” – But honestly, is it possible? It may be true for run-of-the-mill software, but not for highly specialized applications, developed to fit the needs of the insurance industry.
